Our product exchange policy is designed to provide complete confidence in the items purchased from our store. All our products come with a warranty against manufacturing defects. We also offer exchanges for products that are different from what was ordered by the customer.

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or one that is different from what you ordered, follow these steps to initiate an exchange:

Contact our team about the issue via our email hello@hombreso.com, sending clear photos or videos of the defective or incorrect product within 3 days of receipt. Please note that we will not process exchanges or refunds after this period.

Your complaint will be reviewed within a maximum of 3 business days, and if the issue is confirmed, we will contact you via email. You can choose one of the following options:

  • Receive a refund of the amount paid.
  • Receive a new product identical to the one ordered.
  • Receive a product of similar value.
  • Receive a voucher for the product’s value to use on future purchases.

We do not offer exchanges for products due to incorrect sizing chosen by the customer:
We provide the measurements of our products in centimeters to avoid errors in size selection. Please review or contact us if you have any questions.

As per the Consumer Protection Code - Article 18, there is no legal obligation for the retailer to offer exchanges due to customer regret regarding color, size, model, or any other reason. The right guaranteed to the customer by the Consumer Protection Code is to exchange products only in cases of defects.

After the process, within 48 business hours, we will contact you with the necessary instructions. For an exchange or return to be accepted, the product must be sent in its original packaging and show no signs of use. Otherwise, we will be unable to process the return.

Important Note: Please be aware that if the request is not made within 7 days of receipt, the customer will forfeit the right to an exchange or return.

Shipping Costs: For exchanges, the costs of both outbound and return shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Purchase Cancellation: A request to cancel a purchase must be made within 24 hours of payment.

Criteria for Exchange or Return: For a product to be eligible for exchange or return, it must meet the following criteria:

  • The product must show no signs of use.
  • All original packaging must be intact.
  • The product must be packaged to prevent damage during transport.
  • We will not process exchanges for products that have been damaged or modified by the customer.

Address Errors: Regarding address-related issues:
If the package is already in transit, the recipient’s address cannot be changed. If the package is returned to the sender due to an address error, any reshipping costs will be borne by the customer. This includes cases where the customer initially received free shipping.

In cases of loss or delivery issues related to the carrier, a new shipment will be requested, and the delivery timeline will restart.
