Dispatch Time
The delivery timeframe provided at checkout is valid only after payment confirmation. Once payment is confirmed, your order will be dispatched. We reserve 1 to 3 business days for order preparation and dispatch.
Payment Method
Our shipping is free unless you opt for an alternative shipping method. If other options are available, our system will display the corresponding costs and delivery times for your location, which may vary depending on the region and supplier.
Delivery Time
The majority of our products are imported and shipped directly from our manufacturers/suppliers located in the United States, France, China, Switzerland, and Germany. Our rigorous curation ensures you receive a high-quality product. After the product is shipped, delivery takes an average of 8 to 12 business days.
For all purchases made with credit cards and Pix, approvals are typically immediate after checkout, allowing priority dispatch of your order.
Shopping Experience
Based on our experience and customer feedback, 85% of products are delivered within two weeks after shipping. However, in some cases, this timeframe may extend by a few additional business days due to delays, strikes, holidays, high demand periods at postal services, or other circumstances beyond the store’s control.
Consumer Protection Timeframe
Hombreso guarantees the delivery of your order. We are responsible for refunding the full amount paid for products that are lost or misplaced during the delivery process. All products are shipped with loss insurance and free online tracking. Therefore, the delivery of your product is 100% guaranteed.
For insured shipping, if the product is delayed and not delivered within 70 business days from the shipping date, except in cases beyond the store’s control, the paid amount will be 100% refunded.
Important Information
Please note: You may receive more than one package, as your products may come from different suppliers. If you receive one product before another, rest assured, this is completely normal.
If your order includes 2 or more products, they may be shipped separately, and a tracking code will be issued for each product.
Order Tracking
A tracking code will always be provided to allow you to monitor the delivery progress. Hombreso is committed to guiding and instructing customers on how to track their products. The tracking code will be sent to your email as soon as it is available, and you can track it in the “Track Your Order” section on our website.
Care with Order Addressing
Hombreso will ship products to the address provided by the customer. To avoid issues with the delivery of your order, please carefully fill in the delivery address. In some cases, such as an absent recipient or restricted delivery areas, the carrier may leave a notice to pick up the products at the nearest location to the provided address.
Absent Recipient
Ensure someone is available at the address to receive your products. If no one is present during the delivery attempts, the package will be taken to the nearest location, and the recipient will need to pick it up.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Hombreso is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete address information provided for orders placed in the store. If the address is incorrect or incomplete, no further delivery attempts will be made to that address, and it will be the customer’s responsibility to attempt to recover the package(s). If the package is returned to our facility, a new shipping fee will be required for reshipment.
